Orders

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us right away with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not shipped, we’ll try to update it. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Please check your mailbox, front door, mailroom, building office, and with neighbors. If the package still has not arrived, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is only available if shown as an option at checkout or announced for a specific release.

Fit varies by product. Please review the product description and size notes before ordering. If an item is oversized, cropped, relaxed, boxy, or true-to-size, we’ll note it on the product page when possible.

Why does the color look different in person?

Yes. Some garments may have natural variation in color, texture, print distressing, wash, or finish. These details are part of the product and are not considered defects.

How should I wash my apparel?

Wash inside out with cold water and like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat.

How do I protect printed graphics?

Wash garments inside out, avoid ironing directly over the graphic, and avoid high-heat drying. This helps preserve print quality and garment shape.

Can items shrink?

Some garments may shrink slightly depending on fabric, wash method, and drying temperature. For best results, wash cold and hang dry.

Is my payment secure?
