La Visual, Inc. (lavisual.com) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, incorrect address, etc.).

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability
