RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (No Refunds | Size Exchanges Only)

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made at https://lavisualstudios.com(the “Site”) operated by La Visual, Inc. (lavisual.com)

1. All Sales Final; No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for returns or exchanges.

2. Exchange Window

We may accept size exchange requests submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below and inventory availability.

3. Size Exchanges Only

Only size exchanges are accepted. We do not accept exchanges for color, style, or different products. If you want a different item, you must place a new order.

4. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:

  • unworn and unwashed

  • undamaged and free from any wear and tear

  • free from discoloration, staining, odors, or residue

  • returned with original tags attached and in original condition

If there is any wear, damage, discoloration, or staining, the exchange will be denied.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

6. Exchange Processing

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion (or another remedy as required by law). No refunds.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, an item damaged in transit, or the wrong item, contact us at info@lavisual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy (replacement/size exchange/store credit) as required by law.

8. International Orders

For international exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping, and any duties/taxes/fees assessed by their country are not refundable by us (you may be able to seek recovery from your local customs authority).

9. How to Request a Size Exchange

Email info@lavisual.com and be sure to include the following or your request will be denied.

  • order number

  • item name and requested size

  • reason for exchange (optional)

We’ll respond with next steps and the return address.
